Infinix Hot 40i Launched in Saudi Arabia

Infinix introduces its latest offering, the Infinix Hot 40i, tailored for the Saudi Arabian market. This smartphone brings NFC connectivity and is available in two storage configurations. While not yet featured on the official Infinix website, the handset is readily accessible for purchase on Amazon and Noon. Fueled by a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC and offering up to a whopping 16GB of RAM, this device aims to captivate tech enthusiasts.

The Infinix Hot 40i boasts a dual-camera setup with a prominent 50-megapixel primary sensor, complemented by an undisclosed secondary sensor, all adorned with a ring LED flashlight. Positioned within separate circular slots on the slightly elevated rectangular camera module at the rear’s top left corner, this setup aims for enhanced photography experiences. Meanwhile, its 32-megapixel front camera, nestled within a centred hole-punch cutout atop the 6.56-inch HD+ display, promises stunning selfies.

Regarding storage and performance, the device comes with vRAM and offers storage capacities of up to 256GB, coupled with Android 13 straight out of the box. A 90Hz refresh rate enhances the viewing experience on its display.

The Infinix Hot 40i offers variants with 4GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB configurations, priced at SAR 375 (approximately Rs. 8,300) and SAR 465 (approximately Rs. 10,300), respectively. Available in Horizon Gold, Palm Blue, Starfall Green, and Starlit Black color options, the smartphone’s availability seems promising despite not being officially listed on Infinix’s Saudi Arabia website at the time of writing.

Powering this device is a robust 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W wired charging. Additionally, the inclusion of a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, likely integrated into the power button on the handset’s right edge, ensures convenient and secure access.

Notably, the model unveiled in Saudi Arabia comes equipped with ‘NFC’ in its nomenclature, suggesting the likelihood of other Infinix Hot 40i variants without NFC support. NFC facilitates contactless data transfer and enables seamless transactions via popular apps like Google Pay and Apple Pay.

The Infinix Hot 40i stands out as a feature-rich smartphone, aiming to cater to diverse user preferences and needs in the Saudi Arabian market.
