According to a reliable source on X, this year’s iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will introduce two fresh color choices not seen before. These variants are named Desert Yellow / Desert Titanium and Cement Gray / Titanium Gray.
The Desert option is described as akin to the gold shade found on the iPhone 14 Pro but with a richer and deeper tone, resembling desert sand.
In contrast, the new gray shade will resemble the space gray seen on the iPhone 6 from several years ago. Apple seems undecided on the final names for these colors, hence the provision of two options for each. Although discussions about other colors are ongoing, it appears less likely for them to make it to the final lineup.
Given Apple’s tradition of launching Pro iPhones in four colors, with white and black being standard choices, it seems that the Blue Titanium and Natural Titanium options from the iPhone 15 Pro generation might be replaced by these newcomers in 2024.
