Samsung introduced the 5G-ready Galaxy M14 last March, and now, almost precisely a year later, the company is gearing up to launch the Galaxy M14 4G in India.
Although the M14 4G briefly appeared on Amazon India’s listings, it has since been removed, suggesting a potential accidental posting. However, this indicates that the launch is imminent and has provided us with comprehensive details about the phone.

The M14 4G will be priced at INR 8,499 for the variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, while the model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will retail for INR 11,499. Both prices are INR 1,000 less than the previously rumored amounts. The phone will be available in Arctic Blue and Sapphire Blue color options.
Moving on to the specifications, the Galaxy M14 4G will debut with Android 13 out of the box. However, it’s worth noting that it will only receive two major Android updates, meaning it will likely stop at Android 15. Nevertheless, users can expect four years of security patches.
Samsung Galaxy M14 4G boasts a 6.7-inch FHD+ PLS LCD display with a 90 Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC. In terms of imaging, it sports a triple rear camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor, accompanied by two 2 MP auxiliary sensors. For selfies, there’s a 13 MP front-facing camera housed within the waterdrop notch.
Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button and a substantial 5,000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. The phone measures 168 x 78 x 9 mm and weighs 194g.
