This release signifies the final operating system update for the Galaxy A52, as it will now transition to receiving only security patches in the future. According to reports from SamMobile, despite its release in March, the Android 14 update for the Galaxy A52 includes only the January 2024 security patch. The update size is approximately 1.2GB in Europe, with expected variations in size across different regions.
The rollout of the Android 14 update for the Samsung Galaxy A52 is commencing in several countries across Asia, Europe, and Oceania. Pakistan is among the countries waiting to receive the official Over-The-Air (OTA) update. Users nationwide can anticipate finding the latest software in the settings of their Galaxy A52 devices soon.
The Galaxy A52 initially launched with Android 11 in March 2021, followed by updates to Android 12 and Android 13 in subsequent years. With the arrival of Android 14, the device completes its three-generation OS upgrade cycle, consistent with Samsung’s policy.
