The Samsung Galaxy A05, revealed back in September, has finally debuted in India today. Available in sleek Black, Light Green, and Silver colors, it offers two memory options: 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB, priced at INR9,999 ($120/€110) and INR12,499 ($150/€140) respectively. Initially accessible through Croma stores in India, it’s expected to soon hit other retailers and Samsung’s official website.
Running on the robust Helio G85 SoC and operating on Android 13, the Samsung Galaxy A05 boasts a sizable 6.7″ HD+ LCD display. Its camera setup includes a powerful 50MP primary rear camera coupled with a 2MP depth sensor, while an 8MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.
Additional highlights of the Samsung Galaxy A05 include a substantial 5,000 mAh battery with 25W charging capability, USB-C connectivity, and the inclusion of a 3.5mm headphone jack.
In September, Samsung also introduced the Galaxy A05s, which recently entered the Indian market. Its 4GB RAM variant is priced at INR13,499 ($160/€150), while the 6GB RAM model comes at INR17,499 ($210/€190)
